HOW DOES CANEX WORK?

It’s simple! Browse the menu of premium cannabis products and select the items you would like. After you submit your order, you’ll receive a text with CanEx order tracking information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We strive to have all orders executed within the hour. More specifically: how long it takes depends on where you are, the time of day, and the traffic. Most orders arrive in well under an hour.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION?

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION OR LICENSE?

Nope! In California, weed delivery is legal whether you have a marijuana license or not. The only requirement is that you must be at least 21 years of age. Ordering is a simple process that takes less than five minutes!

WHAT DOES YOUR PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?

Our packaging is very discreet and clean-looking. We do everything within our power to protect your privacy. We even designed our delivery vehicles for complete discretion, with no external branding or messaging.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY RANGE?

We deliver in San Bernardino, San Diego, Riverside, Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, debit cards, and PIN-enabled credit cards only. If you choose to pay with cash, exact change is greatly appreciated. For their safety, CanEx bud-tenders make sure that they carry minimal change.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BEGIN?

Nope, no need! Feel free to check out as a guest.

CAN I PRE-ORDER?

Great question! We are happy to announce that you may order in advance. Simply indicate in the memo section of your order the exact time desired and we will be there within an hour of this requested time. Please be advised that we only deliver between 10:30 am and 10:00 pm.

ARE DISCOUNTS/PROMOS AVAILABLE?

Yes! All published CanEx discounts apply during their stated duration.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?

No. Your CanEx bud-tender will head to the destination that you entered when you placed your order. Please make sure you’re there to receive it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CanEx will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories for up to five (5) days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of CanEx. Refunds are not permitted.

CAN I TIP MY BUD-TENDER?

Of course! We do want you to know that our drivers are compensated fairly, but a little extra love is always appreciated.

CAN I GET DELIVERY TO MY WORKPLACE?

We are happy to deliver wherever you may be. Please make sure there is no issue with it at your workplace, and pop that order in.

CAN MY FRIEND ACCEPT DELIVERY FOR ME?

No. We are only allowed to deliver to the person who placed the delivery order.

WHAT ARE CONCENTRATES?

Great question! Concentrates are potent extracts made from the cannabis plant. They have been processed to keep only the most desirable compounds while removing excess plant materials. These cannabis products are far more potent than traditional marijuana flower. While the effects of concentrate vary per person, they typically span between 1 to 3 hours.

WHAT ARE EDIBLES?

A tasty option for cannabis consumption! Edibles are cannabis-infused food or beverage products. This is a great option for those who prefer a prolonged, smoke-free experience. Ingesting THC creates extended and typically more intense effects for the user. While it varies per person, these effects don’t tend to kick in until roughly an hour after ingesting and can last up to 8 hours. We always recommend taking it slow!

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INDICA, SATIVA, AND HYBRID?

These are all different types of cannabis, eliciting different effects on the user. Indica plants are known to produce more of a “body high,” creating physically relaxing effects. Sativa, on the other hand, impacts the user’s mind, creating a more uplifting, mentally euphoric high. Hybrids are created when growers breed the indica and sativa plants together, crossing the properties of both plants into one new strain!
